The Standard Project will proceed as indicated above, unless the customer will choose Extended Project or Ground Project at an early stage.
The EXTENDED Project is based on Standard project, plus the second bedroom on attic instead of large storage space.
The GROUND Project targets those of you, who appreciate comfort of living on one floor only. The Ground project offers 3 bedrooms, living/dining room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The loft is available in this variant only through attic ladder.
